Hunter Galvanizing operates two plants on the one site in Tomago. Both plants can accommodate a wide range of manufactured and fabricated structures.
The sizes of our baths are:
Plant 1: 10m long x 1.5m wide x 2.4m in depth
Plant 2: 7m long x 1.8m wide x 3.0m in depth

Please note: the kettle sizes are physical dimensions only and all manufactured or fabricated structures must have a minimal clearance within these dimensions to successfully immerse in the molten zinc as a single dip.
Subject to the overall size and degree of difficulty, items with dimensions greater than our bath sizes may be double dipped.
